Why Tazza exists
Tazza started with a simple frustration: great coffee was either locked behind café counters or buried in jargon. We believed the best beans should arrive at your door, roasted days — not months — before you brew them.
We work directly with a small circle of growers, pay above-market rates, and roast in batches small enough to taste-test every one. When a blend is not at its best, it does not ship.
From Montmartre, with love
Our first shop sits in the heart of Paris’ Montmartre district — part roastery, part living room. It is where every new blend is poured, judged and argued over before it earns a place in the collection.
